ZEND is committed to providing a safe and legal marketplace for all users.
To achieve this, we have established policies regarding the sale and delivery
of certain items. This page outlines the most common prohibited and restricted items, but it is not exhaustive.
Prohibited Items:
· People, wildlife, animals, or remains/parts: This includes living creatures, their remains, and any associated products.
· Illegal items and stolen goods: ZEND does not permit the sale or delivery of any item obtained or used illegally.
· Firearms, explosives, weapons, ammunition, and related materials: This includes all types of firearms, explosives, weapons, ammunition, and any information on how to manufacture such items.
· Items promoting violence or illegal activity: This includes materials that incite violence, hatred, or criminal activity.
· Sexually explicit or obscene adult items or materials: This includes materials that are legally defined as obscene or that depict sexually explicit content in a manner that violates applicable laws or community standards.
Restricted Items:
· Alcohol, Tobacco/Vape products, Prescription medicines, and CBD products: The sale and delivery of these items may require a signed agreement with ZEND and adherence to specific regulations.
· Recreational drugs and drug paraphernalia: This include all illegal drugs and any items used to administer them, including cannabis products, Kratom, and inhalants like nitrous oxide.
· Items exceeding 50 lbs: Individual items exceeding this weight limit may not be eligible for delivery through ZEND’s platform.
· Items prohibited by local law: This includes any item that requires a permit or license for delivery under applicable local regulations.
· Hazardous materials: This includes medical waste, poisonous materials, and flammable items, with exceptions for specific categories and quantities permitted by law.
· Money, gift cards, lottery tickets, and transferable securities: These items are not permitted for sale or delivery through ZEND’s platform.
· Raw meats or shellfish (for non-grocery partners): Only specific partners authorized by ZEND are permitted to sell and deliver raw meats or shellfish.
· Endangered species products: This includes any item derived from endangered animals or wildlife, such as ivory, rhino horn, caviar, bushmeat, or foie gras.
· Hate speech and terrorist content: ZEND does not permit the sale or delivery of any item that promotes hate speech, terrorist organizations, or violent extremism.
· Medical claims: ZEND prohibits the sale of any item that makes specific claims about curing or treating medical conditions.
· Counterfeit products: ZEND prohibits the sale or delivery of any item that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
· Inappropriate items: ZEND reserves the right to refuse the sale or delivery of any item deemed unsafe, misleading, or otherwise in violation of ZEND’s terms and policies.

· ZEND reserves the right to update this list of prohibited and restricted items at its discretion.
· ZEND may refuse to sell or deliver any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
