Package preparation
Customers can package their returns securely in the original packaging or any suitable packaging with the return label attached.

Pickup and return
On the scheduled date, our trusted logistics partner will come to the customer's specified address to collect the package. Customers are required to hand over the labeled package to the pickup agent, who will provide a receipt or confirmation of the pickup

We will then mail the kit to you
We’ll ship you a sturdy, easy-to-pack box (with all the packing materials you need). We’ll let you know when the box is in transit, and help with the process
